In alignment with AITEC's mission as a peer to peer information exchange network, the annual winter retreat provides a dedicated time for members to collaborate in meaningful ways while enjoying a beautiful mountain setting. The three-night event will feature thought leadership sessions, round table discussions, and presentations on topics pertinent to members' roles and is the perfect opportunity for attendees to network with others in their field.
The 2023 Executive Winter Retreat covered topics such as microsegmentation, AI use cases, incident response, cybersecurity challenges, digital transformation, and much more.

Registration is closed for 2024, but you can e-mail Erin Calderon (ecalderon@aitec.org), and we can accommodate individuals depending on availability. Member registration is $2,600 and includes
- 3 nights lodging at The Spruce Peak Lodge
- Up to 8 thought leadership sessions
- 3 breakfasts, 2 apres skis, and 2 dinners
- Local group transportation to/from Stowe Village
The fee will not cover your Epic pass, ski equipment rentals, individual local transportation, or travel to/from Stowe. We are exploring the possibility of having a sponsored charter bus from NYC (and/or Boston) to Stowe.
