Thank you for registering for the 7th Annual Executive Winter Retreat! Here you will find real time updates on everything you need to know and do to prepare for the trip.

Important Dates & Deadlines 

Friday, January 10th - Sponsor Participation Fee payment deadline

March 3 - Member contact information will be shared with sponsor companies. 

March 4-7 - Executive Winter Retreat 

Late April - If you are sponsoring an activity which requires you to cover the associated expenses, you will be invoiced in mid to late March. Payment will be due within 30 days. 

Payments

Most sponsors will have two fees - the Participation Fee and the final cost, which are the exact expenses associated with your sponsored activity(ies), including food and beverage, venue rental fees, AV, and other miscellaneous expenses. Erin will be contact directly with you for the logistics and status of these payments. 

Please note that all sponsor attendees are responsible for their own travel to/from Park City, lodging, meals, ski passes and rentals, etc. that are not already a part of your sponsored activity(ies). 

We will provide information closer to the retreat as to where attendees can get rental gear. 

Sponsor Attendees

Erin will need the name, e-mail, and mobile phone number for each attendee from your firm. Most companies send two representatives, but please let Erin know if you have plans to send more.

The schedule is approximate and will be updated prior to the retreat. 

Welcome Drinks

The Retreat will officially kick off with Welcome Drinks on Tuesday, March 4th from 7-9PM at the Alpine Distilling Social Club, hosted by ECI. All attendees - members, spouses, and sponsors are invited to attend. A private bus will transport attendees from The Pendry to the venue at 6:30PM on March 4th. 

Sponsor Expectations

We are expecting six sponsor companies to join for portions of the retreat. The blue boxes on the schedule above indicate sponsored activities. 

With the exception of the Welcome Drinks - which is open to ALL members, spouses, and sponsors - the expectation is that sponsors will only attend their own activity(ies), plus skiing, and that they are not to attend other sponsored activities or the AITEC member sessions. 

Welcome Drinks is the first official event of the retreat and will begin at 7PM with drinks and light bites. The retreat will officially conclude following the Friday morning session, which should end at 10:30AM.

Swag and Marketing Materials 
You are welcome to bring swag or other marketing materials to the event(s) that you are sponsoring. Should you choose to ship these, please address your package(s) as follows:
